Tax Invoice
Conference fee does not include GST as the Conference is considered a ‘Religious Service’ and is therefore GST exempt. Should you require a tax invoice for your records, please photocopy this form prior to returning it to the conference registrar.
Refunds
A fee of $10 per person applies to any form of cancellation prior to 7 October 2011. No refunds will be made after this date; however, you may transfer your registration to another person providing you advise the Promise Conference office in writing by 12 October 2010. Your registration and payment confirms that you have accepted this policy.
Privacy Statement
Individuals organising the Promise 2011 Conference, in order to provide a service to you, will be the only ones to use your personal details. We will not pass on any of your details to any other organisation or third party.
