Last year was another outstanding event, with Lisa McInnes-Smith bringing her unique ministry to our conference. The encouragement and faith she imparted in the beautiful ladies who attended was amazing (and also I must admit she has inspired us all with her amazing wardrobe and shoes!)

This year will be no different, with our first international speaker, Glenda Watson from South Africa. I encourage you all to have a look at Glenda’s website

Glenda is not only an outstanding communicator but singer also, and will be bringing her musical director and his wife to Bendigo with her to minister in the conference. Glenda’s husband will also be with her, and we look forward to sharing this remarkable weekend with them. Glenda has ministered in Bendigo previously and all who have sat under her ministry have been awesomely blessed.

This year, our fees have slightly risen to provide lunch for our delegates. The remarkable catering team at Bendigo Baptist Church have come up with some “delicious” ideas and after consultation with them we believe that by having lunch available and paid for prior to the conference this will allow a smoother transition and more time for fellowship during the lunch break. What a blessing Joyce and her team are to us at Promise.

As everyone is aware by now, the Promise Conference was born out of a vision to empower, nurture, encourage and support women in Central Victoria and beyond and to see them rise up and become all God intended them to be and to bring the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ to women, and to bring a conference of significance, with world class speakers to our region.
